These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the 10 Second Spanish mobile app (the "App"), operated by ENKIVA GLOBAL LLC. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms.

Using the app

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the App, and you are responsible for the activity that happens on your account. Please keep your login credentials secure.

Your content and conduct

The App is a language-learning product, not a place to post public content. It has no free-text profile and no messaging. The only thing other users can see is the nickname the App assigns you from a fixed word list, shown next to your weekly XP on the leaderboard. Please do not try to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the App, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Free and Premium

10 Second Spanish is free to use, with no time limit and no credit card required. The free tier includes your first 5 lessons and then 1 new lesson a day, along with unlimited spaced-repetition review, streaks, XP, and the full interface in all 7 supported languages.

A Premium subscription removes the daily lesson limit and adds offline video downloads, the Swipe review feed, and early access to new seasons. Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. For a limited time at launch, it is also available as a one-time lifetime purchase. We do not offer a free trial, and we do not show ads.

Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are handled entirely through the Apple App Store or Google Play, using the payment method on file with your Apple ID or Google account. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's own policies rather than ours. See Apple's standard EULA or the Google Play Terms of Service for details, including how to request a refund.

Intellectual property

The App, including its videos, characters, exercises, and branding, belongs to us. You are welcome to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial language learning. Please do not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is." We work hard to keep lessons accurate and the app running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Changes to the app or these terms

We may update the App or these Terms as the product evolves. If we make significant changes to these Terms, we will let you know in the app.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, USA.
